No word from Charlie Porter on whether he and Balenciaga kissed and made up,
but he probably doesn't look so hot in pencil skirts anyway. As for the
show, half of it was great, half of it was babydoll Liberty prints on crack.

Dior: As Ready As It Gets
Fashion fans hoping for a technicolor dreamcoat (and tights and shoes and caftan) will not be disappointed by this season's Dior. However, after a few
seasons of khaki Hollywood carnies and Victorian
Kabuki sexbots, Galliano's head is out of the clouds and
onto the retail floor. Well, kind of. If you consider fox stoles
a reasonable spring purchase. If not, well, you're just that
much more ahead for fall.
(Hey, is it just me, or does this collection look a little Gucci?)
