Yes, That Is Vaguely Annoying
The way stars always strike the same pose, that is. Part survival technique,
part Pavlovian response, these trademark celebrity stances flip on
faster than the first camera flash. While the Post does catch
the Paris Hilton Playboy pose, they missed the requisite starlet "I'm Fat" thigh-clutching look and the eagle-spread "Look At Me," favored by aging stars everywhere
(aka "The Sharon Stone").

Slobbinistas and Slash
A recent jaunt to LA Fashion Week uncovered
sloppy chic and G'n'R alumni, according to NPR, but
that was before the journalism became an
all-out gawkfest. Though LA Fashion Week arguably illuminates
the hottest new design talent, reporters Brian Unger
and Rob Sachs could barely get their quivering voices beyond
the "Naked models!!", and will probably win awards for their
use of "bikini," "hanky-sized," and "itsy-bitsy" the most times
in NPR history. Despite the squirrelly duo's audible awe at
the backstage flesh parade, they pulled themselves
together to ask the tough questions, such as, if the models liked their
bikinis or not.
